Primus Service wanted to offer its customers the opportunity to eat sustainably and healthily even outside of company restaurants. This led to the desire for a digital system that challenges the common fast-food culture. With the increase in remote workers, Primus saw an opportunity to further expand its expertise in sustainable nutrition. Such ambitious projects particularly excite us as a digital agency.

  1. 01 Intuitive Backend for Managing the Web Application A backend to manage various locations, dishes, and availabilities. This allows Primus to adapt its offerings to different locations and dishes, depending on availability and customer preferences.
  2. 02 Comprehensive Dashboard A comprehensive dashboard for preparation, including status tracking. This allows Primus to keep track of the preparation status of each order and ensure that the dishes are delivered on time and with the best quality.
  3. 03 Export Functions for Accounting This facilitates financial management and enables Primus to work efficiently and accurately.
  4. 04 Customer-Centric Frontend The frontend is designed to provide customers with a simple and convenient way to order their meals. Whether for the same day or a week in advance, customers have full flexibility in planning their meals.
  5. 05 Delivery Options Customers can either pick up their orders from Primus’s company restaurants or have them delivered. This offers maximum flexibility and convenience to customers.
  6. 06 Payment Interface We integrated a payment interface with PayOne to ensure a smooth payment process. This not only facilitates the purchasing process for customers but also payment management for Primus.
  7. 07 Automatic Invoice Generation This feature allows invoices to be automatically generated and sent to customers, significantly reducing the administrative burden for Primus.
  8. 08 Pre-Order Functionality With the pre-order function, customers can order their meals in advance, which is particularly convenient for those who want to plan their day ahead.
  9. 09 QR Code Function for Personalized Table Deliveries Each table in the company canteen is equipped with unique QR codes. By scanning this code upon entering the canteen, the system automatically identifies the customer’s previously placed order. The information is immediately relayed to the kitchen, initiating the preparation of the corresponding dish. Once the dish is ready, it is delivered directly to the table where the QR code was scanned. This cleverly integrated system maximizes efficiency, minimizes wait times, and enables a seamless, personalized canteen experience.
